Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Place the unworn garment with all original tags attached into its original sustainable packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
